True & False Conversion - Part One

6 That which has been born of the flesh is flesh, and that which has been born of the Spirit is spirit. 7 Do not be amazed that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ 8 The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but you do not know where it is coming from and where it is going; so is everyone who has been born of the Spirit.” (John 3:6-8 NASB)

All to often there are individuals who make the claim to being a "Christian."  But when asked, "how do you know that you are a Christian" any number of replies will come about.  Perhaps you have heard people talk about another, who professes to be a believer, but does not show any sign of change in their life?  You may have heard something to the effect, "Their a Christian but a carnal Christian" or worse, "If they are a believer I don't want to be one with the way they act."

This leads us to ask questions - namely:  Are we able to know if a person is a believer?   What are some of the fruits of being a true convert?  Is a persons faith a personal matter between the Lord and themselves?

We will delve into these questions as we focus on what "true" conversion looks like.  Also Holly and I share our testimonies of the Lord God Almighty saving us from His wrath and our sin.
